Mushroom dispensary news
What changed for psilocybin storefronts and legal psilocybin access in the United States, told from the public record. Every post links its primary source first.
From our sister shop, My Mushroom Dispensary. Adults 21+ only.
We write a post when a public record changes the answer to "is there a legal mushroom dispensary?": a regulator padlocks a shop, a court rules on a claimed defense, a state opens or limits a licensed program, voters decide a local measure, or a federal agency acts. Each post gives the dated facts, why they matter to someone looking for a dispensary, and what happens next. Storefront events also go into the register, and the law behind them is laid out in our state-by-state guide. We name no private people, and we never locate an unlicensed seller more precisely than its neighborhood.
